  • The admission process for UG and PG courses begins every year as per the admission guidelines provided by Higher Education C.G. Govt.

  • Every Applicant is given a copy of the prospectus. The prospectus is published in a sizeable number along with the admission form. A prospectus is given to the aspirants to have better understanding of the courses offered by the institution for study.

  • A criterion for admission is predetermined by the Pt. Ravishankar Shukla University and we administer such criteria.

  • As per the directive of the University, date of sale of application forms is notified in the notice board. Application forms can be bought from the coordinator and on the spot enquiries are attended by the In-charge of Admission Committee.

  • The college follows the criteria for admission of students, for the courses conducted by the college, as per University directive.

  • Completely filled forms submitted by the aspring students pass through coordinators to HODs of respective departments. The HODs personally counsels the aspiring students and after their counseling only the students are given admission.

Education

D.Ed. admission procedure is centralized at the national level. Application forms are available for students in the college office counter as well as college website. Students’ enquiries are attended by the team of admission committee.

Admission to B.Ed. and D.Ed. Course is through centralized counseling organized by CG VYAPAM, Raipur through Common Entrance Examination for state Pre – B.Ed. and Pre D.Ed.

  • The D.Ed. centralized admission process (CAP) is an online process governed by the director of SCERT in coordination with Maharashtra Knowledge Corporation Limited (MKCL)
  • Being an online process, D.Ed. admission is transparent and convenient to the teacher trainees of the state and other states.
  • D.Ed. CAP begins with the advertisement in the news papers in the month of March/April every year.
  • The advertisement is followed by common entrance Test (Pre D.Ed.)
  • Rank is given to pre D.Ed. & core. Candidates with at least 50% marks in the higher secondary (+2) are eligible for admission.
  • The list of allotted teacher trainees is sent to the institution.
  • The institution gives admission to these candidates after the verification of relevant documents.
  • All the rules of State Government regarding reservation policy are strictly followed.

B.Ed. Admission process is centralized at the national level.

  • The B.Ed. Centralized admission process (CAP) is an online process governed by the Director of SCERT in coordination with the Maharashtra Knowledge Corporation Limited (MKCL).
  • As the B.Ed. Admission process, CAP is online; it is more transparent and convenient to the teacher trainees of the State and other States.
  • In the month of March-April of every year, B.Ed. CAP begins with the advertisement in the newspapers.
  • The advertisement is followed by Common Entrance Test (Pre. B.Ed.).
  • Rank is given to Pre. B.Ed. score and 50% weightage is given to the graduation and post graduation marks.
  • The list of allotted teacher trainees is sent to the institution.
  • The institution gives admission to these teacher trainees after the verification of relevant documents.
  • All the rules of State Government regarding reservation policy are strictly followed.
M.Ed.
  • M.Ed. Admission process is clear and transparent.
  • It is on the basis of merit marks (in B.Ed. course).
  • The rules and regulations of the State Government regarding reservations are strictly followed.
